長毛兔需正確掌握配種程序

1、檢查種公兔，創(chuàng)造適宜的環(huán)境。配種前要對種公兔進(jìn)行檢查，凡體弱、發(fā)育較差、有病以及有血緣關(guān)系的公兔，都不能交配。有條件的地方還應(yīng)對種公兔進(jìn)行精液品質(zhì)檢查。確定了公兔后，將公兔籠中的食具全部移出，并在籠底墊一塊大木板，以免兔爪夾入籠縫中扭傷。

4、復(fù)配。為了確保母兔妊娠和防假孕，要進(jìn)行復(fù)配。復(fù)配的方法有兩種。⑴重復(fù)配種。在第1次配種后6-8小時(shí)再用同一公兔重配一次。據(jù)試驗(yàn)，重復(fù)配種的受胎率可達(dá)95-100%。⑵ 雙重配種。第1次配種后10分鐘左右再用另一公兔作第2次交配。據(jù)試驗(yàn)，采取雙重配種的受胎率比單配可提高25-30%。此法只適于商品兔生產(chǎn)，因?yàn)樽鞣N時(shí)無法判斷父系的血緣。
